We’re a hands-on, on-site team. Most of our work takes place close to the safari vehicles, partners, and guests we serve.
On-site, by design
We operate fully on-site to support smooth travel operations, guest services and team coordination. Being together helps us respond quickly when plans change and guests need us most.
Day-to-day rhythm
Roles are based in our office or operational locations. You’ll work on-site during agreed hours, collaborating closely with colleagues across reservations, operations, finance, sales and guest support.
Location-based pay
Compensation may be adjusted based on the employee’s country of residence. This helps us keep pay fair and consistent while reflecting local conditions.
